The Madhya Pradesh Yoga Association (MPYA) is a registered under the M.P. Society Registration act 1973. The MPYA is recognized by Sports and Youth Welfare Department, Govt. of M.P. and Affiliated to the All India Yog Sports Association (AIYSA). It came in existence in 2006, Its main function is to govern and control the Yog Sports in Madhya Pradesh.

It also looks after the development and promotion of the Yog Sports at all levels. It provides coaching and supervision to men and women for State, National and International competitions in different age groups.

The MPYA has its future plan to establish a Yog Sports centre in each commissionery through out the M.P. and to organize and control the State, National and International camps and tournaments of Yog Sports. There is a provision to provide yog sports training/coaching to all age groups of the society.

Currently, the MPYA is headed by President Shri Harinarayan Yadav, State E.C. Member, BJP and General Secretary Shri Gulab Singh Chauhan.
